With this tab you can include small files in the site/hypertext and link to them. For large files, it is better to use Internet links (like http://www.yoursite.com/yourzipfile.exe) and transfer the files to the Internet separately, with an external FTP software (or with “Publish >Internet - FTP >Generic FTP”).
