With this tab you can replace the current image within the whole site/hypertext. Click on the image to get Help: 
Image properties Rollover (mouse over sensible) and low resolution images HTML inside tags Click here to select the image that will replace the one on the left Current image Image that will replace the current one  
 
When you have inserted an image you can insert hot spots and edit image properties.
