Keyword assignment 
You can create a list of keywords for the whole site, and you can then assign some of these to each page. Click on the image to get Help: 
Keywords assigned to the current page (the one in the editor) Assign to the current page one of the global keywords Delete the selected keyword (you can also use DEL) Add a new global keyword in the list Global keywords list for the current file (site / hypertext) This is the list of all pages that contain the selected keyword  
 
Use the "Key and +" button to add global keywords. Use drag & drop to assign a global key to the page (the upper list).
