Page with two forms 
If you want, you can insert more than one form per page. 
To obtain this, simply insert a form start marker at the beginning of each form (”Insert >Form >Form start marker”). Each form may have a different destination for the data inserted by the user. Submit button may be everywhere in each form space. Each button will send only data pertaining to respective form. 
Here an example:
