Form Javascript assisted 
In this example you can write a telephone number. The script allows to pick the international code from a list. 
To obtain this function we have inserted some Javascript (with “Insert >Script Java/VB >Within text”). We have also modified the Html of some form objects, by using right mouse button, “Properties”, and the “Html” tag.
